Well let’s look at that. First let’s look at how you feel about that. Love Yourself Completely… just consider that potential for a moment. What does that bring up in you? What do you feel?

• Joy? “You mean it may actually be possible to completely love and accept myself just as I am?"


• Hopelessness? “Who could ever do that?”


• Fear? “Is this ego? If I was able to love myself completely then would I still care about others?"


• Anger? “What a ridiculous idea!”


• Unworthiness? “I know all my faults, so who could ever love me completely?”


• Frustration? “I know all the profound truths in my mind, but I can’t experience them.”

Anything you feel, in regard to this idea, no matter what it is - relates directly to why you don’t Love Yourself Completely. It’s that simple and that profound.

So, to Love Yourself Completely, IS the point. It’s the point of everything in life. Why do we want money? To buy things to make us feel better about ourselves. Why do we want to be loved? Because we can’t love ourselves, we can’t see our goodness or our beauty or our magnificence ourselves, so we think we need someone else to show us that. We can’t see a direction, so we look to others to direct us. Any problem you can come up with in life, I can trace back to this one simple and yet most profound problem – you don’t Love Yourself Completely.

This is not a magic wand, by the way. You don’t just say “Ah, now I know the answer, so all I have to do is affirm that I do love myself completely and hold onto that thought all the time and visualize it as true and it will come true.” Have you tried that? Has it worked? For how long?

So how do you do it? First – you have to see that this is the most important thing you can ever do for yourself and make it top priority. Then you have to take an action. It takes work and commitment. But what you get out of that work and commitment is an understanding and mastery of yourself that you can barely imagine now and whole amazing worlds of potentials then open up for you.

You see, you probably don’t have the slightest idea of who you really are. Almost none of us do. But you are truly an amazing being who is sleeping right now and my job is to wake you up.
